Thursday Therapy is Everyday! (vol. 2)

I have developed something I call “Sewer’s Hip”.  I hurt my hip in a spin class a few weeks ago and it has been exacerbated by my sewing chair / pedal foot position.  It has resulted in me sort of lurching when I stand up and start walking.  It got pretty bad… painful and embarrassing.  But last Thursday I went to a therapeutic yoga class that did wonders for my hip.  It still isn’t perfect, but soooo much better.  The point of that rambling story is that it was “therapeutic” yoga… on a “Thursday”… okay, anyway…

I haven’t been sewing much on weeknights, but this weekend I did get caught up on my aqua and red sampler.  I want to have 52 blocks at the end of 52 weeks… and so I made 5 this week:

I think they turned out pretty well.  Two are from Shape Workshop for Quilters and three are from the 2014 Aurifil BOM.
