This meal was wonderful. All from my new cooking bible, the Bonne Femme cookbook. We splashed out on some good filets, which made this a cert, no matter what I did. But the wine-cherry reduction was wonderful. As was the dressing on arugula. Oh, and goat cheese. mmmmm…. goat cheese.
I am not sure what one does in food writing. Say that this was delicious? Fun and easy to make? Yes, yes, and yes.
