I made some red and white stars for a Christmas table runner that may not get done this year… so sharing some pictures of the work in progress.
I am happy with my piecing accuracy on these… it is getting better. Not perfect, but better. Not ready to face all those on-the-bias cuts of Moda Modern Blocks, but better.
And I love the red-and-white color scheme. The first time I have used white as a background – starting to see the point.
The red is Rich Red by Kona – quickly becoming one of my favorite colors, especially since I can buy it from the Joann down the road.
