The Birthday Card Project

Many of the people I love the most have their birthdays in the next few weeks.  I want to make each one of them a little cross stitch on a card.  Similar to the Pretty by Hand projects here.

Mine won’t be as cute, most likely, but they will be filled with as much love.  First up was this urn of flowers I created for my mom.  Those french knots are hard for me, but I am getting better.

  1. So, I just logged back into my feed reader and caught up on all your blog posts (and now I *REALLY* need some Ginger time… it made me miss you even though I just saw you Sat. Like a lot. Maybe we need to do another sewing project together which will require both a trips to Sarah’s and at least a couple of hours of sewing time?). Anywho… I’d like to place an order for one of those Eiffel Tower mini-cross stitches that’s on the Pretty By Hand page. OMG. It is the reason #totesadorbs was created.
